+ How long is each class?

Virtual classes are 60 minutes and in-person classes are 90 minutes, which gives everyone in the group enough time to share their perspective and ask questions. Sometimes a conversation is so engaging, we go over time to keep it going!

+ How big is each class?

In-person classes are capped at 12 women. Zoom classes are capped at 15/group to ensure maximum participation by the entire group. Due to COVID protocols, we limit our outdoor Feel Good Friday events to 10 people or less.

+ Do you offer a trial period?

Your first class is free! We know you’ll love it. Events not included.

+ Can I get a refund if I can’t attend my class?

Refunds are applied if you make a request more than 48 hours before your scheduled class begins.

+ Is there a contract?

Nope!

+ What are the rules for each class?

Participation is fruitful, respect and confidentiality are mandatory. We discourage anyone from jumping in and out of a class or series, as it interrupts the bond we forge in every group. We also ask that participants refrain from business networking unless that is the topic at hand.

+ Do you offer discounts?

Our class packages are designed to give you access to multiple classes at lower prices.

+ Do classes expire?

Classes expire one year from purchase
