Series Description: If you struggle to find peace in your hectic life, if anxiety and worry have you tied in knots, know this: you are not alone. So many of us are challenged to embrace the joy of stillness, and it’s no wonder - the world never stops coming at you, and sometimes it may feel like you’ve lost yourself in the process. The problem is not you. You are perfect! If you stop obsessing about things that happened in the past (that you can’t change) and worrying about the future (which hasn’t happened yet), you’ll discover an oasis of calm that is the present. But what does it mean to be present? What are the gifts it brings? And how do you tap into the stillness of the now when there are so many things, ideas, devices, people, and events to distract you? Much anxiety can be attributed to the tendency to dwell on past events or obsess about the future. In doing so, we rob ourselves of actualization and joy in the present. This online series explores what it means to be fully present, live mindfully, and anchor to the present moment without allowing your thoughts to carry you away. When you peel away the distractions and noise, you are in the epicenter of that moment, which is where you will find peace and acceptance.
How Long is each class?
Virtual classes are 60 minutes and in-person classes are up to 2 hours, which gives everyone in the group enough time to share their perspective and ask questions. Sometimes a conversation is so engaging, we go over time to keep it going!
How big is each class?
In-person classes are capped at 15-20 people. Zoom classes are capped at 15/group to ensure maximum participation by the entire group.
What are the rules for each class?
Participation is fruitful, respect and confidentiality are mandatory. We discourage anyone from jumping in and out of a class or series, as it interrupts the bond we forge in every group. We also ask that participants refrain from business networking unless that is the topic at hand.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applied if you make a request more than 48 hours before your scheduled class begins.
