Description of Class: Silence is golden until you have kids. Then it’s suspicious. Kids plot. They plan. They think up every way to guarantee you will not be having that glass of wine and a Netflix night. The interruptions and constant questions are fired at you with lightning speed. “I need, I want, Can you take me? Where are my gym shorts? When are you picking me up? What’s for dinner?”. Even when you’re told you’re invading their personal space, you recall they came out of your personal space and you wouldn’t change it for the world. Motherhood is the greatest love you’ll ever know, the best gift you’ll ever receive, and the most exhausted you’ll ever be. No wonder we spend 90% of our time just thinking about when we can sit down again. Come share your most frustrating times and bring the joyful ones as well. Depending on the day, no one knows which one you’ll need to talk about the most. From wiping tears to wiping asses, we mother these electronic-obsessed, mouthy, moody, demanding kids who make us drop everything that might be important to us to concentrate on them. All the time. Day and night. 24/7/365. Fact is, Purel is in our DNA. But given the choice between Prada and Postmates, our best accessory is always going to be our kids. Bring your frazzled ends and your sense of humor…this is going to be fun.

Location: Studio City / Beverly Hills / Santa Monica - February 2019 - Single Class

Description of Class: Talking about our health concerns other than with our doctor may be embarrassing or difficult but what if this topic became empowering and educational? Seeing your doctor is mandatory but we should take comfort in knowing that many women out there share the same struggles and issues on a daily basis. It's bad enough that we have the majors to watch out for (heart disease, breast cancer, diabetes, etc.) but what about the other conditions that we suffer, often times in silence - menopause (pre and post), depression, anxiety, inability to sleep, low libidos fuzzy vision. Again communicating with your doctor is mandatory but let's open up the dialogue about home remedies, personal methods for coping with symptoms and changes to nutrition (juices, cleanses, no dairy, gluten free).

Timing: 60 minutes
