Time: 12:00pm - 1:00pm PST

Description of Class: Indecision, doubt and fear. The members of this trio are closely related; where one is found, the other two are lurking close behind. Be honest: who among us hasn’t straddled that fence of should I play it safe or should I take that leap of faith? Should I move to a new city or should I stay put? Is it time for look for greener grass or simply re-water the garden I already have? How many of us have found ourselves with a pro and con sheet checking off the boxes to try and determine what’s best for the future? “There are so many consequences if I bail out; But so many lost opportunities if I don’t”. How many times have you said that to your indecisive self? Whether it’s relationships, careers, marriages, job relocations, when to sell the house…..if there’s a dilemma out there, it’ll find you. It always does. This Light House series is equipped with new eyes to see and fresh ears to hear. We’ll help sharpen your 20/20 focus and pave the way towards your inner calm so you can make the right decision.

Location: Studio City / Beverly Hills / Santa Monica - February 2019 - 6 part series
Description of Class: Who does what under your roof? There are too many things to do and not enough hours in the day to do them. Our to-do lists are ever growing and for every thing we cross off, 5 additional tasks get added. It's difficult enough to get out of bed and go to work but when you layer on the cooking, cleaning, drop-off/pick-up runs, laundry, doctor's appointments, after school sports and practices, homework, birthday parties, dry cleaning and in-laws coming for the weekend, we are beyond drained and desperate for quiet and sleep. And maybe a little Netflix. How do you establish a division of labor in your home? Do you share household responsibilities? Who handles what and how is that decision made? Do you and your spouse/partner equally pull your own weight or does the burden of keeping your families daily schedule fall entirely on you? How can we find resolution within our roles and make time for worthwhile "together" time that doesn't involve an electronic device?
